Insert non-formatted text here I graduated with a Bachelor of Teaching (Secondary)/Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Australian Catholic University in 2009 specialising in History and Economics. During 2010, I was accepted into the Masters of Education (Teacher Librarianship) Degree at Charles Sturt University. As part of my degree I studied the following units:

• EER500 – Introduction to Educational Research

• ETL401 – Teacher Librarianship

• ETL411 – ICT Experience

• ETL501 – Information Environment

• ETL503 – Resourcing the Curriculum

• ETL504 – Teacher Librarian as Leader

• ETL505 – Bibilographic Standards in Education

• ETL507 – Professional Experience/Professional Portfolio

I have engaged in casual employment as a secondary school teacher during this time, working in a number of public schools managed by the NSW Department of Education. I have also been employed in the Catholic School System through the catholic Education Office Sydney and a Catholic Independent School.

Starting in late 2011, I commenced volunteering at All Saints Grammar School at Belmore, NSW assisting library staff as a "library assistant" at their Junior and Senior School Campuses. In 2012, I made the decision to undertake my professional experience at the school. During holiday periods, I also engaged in voluntary work at Hurstville City Library in Hurstville, NSW.

Also during 2012, I decided to maximise employment opportunities as a casual teacher seeking employment as a casual teacher librarian. My initative led to a seven week paid block as a Teacher Librarian at Waverley College in Sydney reliving members of staff that had taken long service leave during the period. I am aiming to seek full time employment in 2013.
